Are you looking for an affordable way to maintain your independence? Trying to find reliable transportation for a loved one? We can help!

We specialize in door-to-door assistance for the disabled, primarily those with wheelchair and ambulette (cane, walker, or scooter) needs. We provide local, out-of-state and long-distance trips, in addition to, one-time and/or frequent, standing order medical appointments.  

​

At Northeast Express Medical Transportation, LLC you can count on our friendly and compassionate staff to get you to your appointments on time and to be there when you are done. For your convenience, our services are available 24/7. We typically serve qualified Medicaid recipients, but we can also provide rides to private pay clients.

 

Our service area for Medicaid enrollees covers Clinton, Essex, Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties. We also provide private pay transportation for those whose insurance does not cover transportation, also termed, "private-pay" clients for all of the above counties, in addition to Warren and Hamilton Counties.

We service clients from care facilities and hospitals, in addition to those residing at home.

Each of our drivers undergoes a thorough background check and is trained to provide exemplary customer service. Our vans are expertly maintained and kept impeccably clean. Upon request, we can even provide safe and comfortable wheelchairs (bariatric available upon request, as well!).
